Which calculation methods does Musulman.app use?
Musulman.app supports well-known prayer time methods such as Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura University (Makkah),
University of Islamic Sciences Karachi, the Egyptian General Authority of Survey, and local organisations like the
Islamic Community in Germany for many European cities. The method can vary by region to better match local practice.
Does Musulman.app adjust prayer times for my time zone?
Yes. Prayer times are automatically adjusted to the correct local time zone for each city, including daylight
saving changes where applicable. This ensures that the displayed times match your local clock.
Can I choose the Hanafi or Shafi'i opinion for Asr time?
In many locations, you can choose between the Hanafi opinion (shadow factor 2) and the Shafi'i / Maliki / Hanbali

city's prayer time page.
